The mission of Jester Drum and Bugle Corps is to provide young people of all backgrounds with a positive learning experience, which enhances self esteem, builds character, ennobles courage, fosters, fosters civic pride, promotes community involvement, and develops imagination, utilizing the per forming arts as a vehicle for team work to develop well-rounded and responsible citizens to become leaders of tomorrow.

The goal of the Board of Directors and staff is for any young person who is willing to meet all the requirements for membership in Jester Drum and Bugle Corps to be able to participate regardless of economic status or musical experience. In order to keep the cost to a minimum the organization is always looking for donations, endorsements and sponsorships either monetary or in kind donations.
